The menu options are beef or vegetarian. We won’t be able to accommodate
meal changes at the event, so please choose wisely:

Steak: Porcini Crusted and Grilled Flat Iron Steak on Cauliflower-Potato Puree with Wild Mushrooms, Caramelized Fennel, Fingerling Potatoes, Salsa Verde and Red Wine Jus 

Vegetarian Option: Wild Mushroom Sauté with Roasted Garlic, Asparagus, Arugula, Butternut Squash on Quinoa, Lentil and Basmati Rice Pilaf with Wild Mushroom Jus
